Deflated Breast - Wednesday, November 05, 2008 1:23 PM
The Dr. said I should have recieved a card but I cant find one. I kept all my paperwork together in a file, I do have a booklet explaining about waranty info from the co. but no serial # and the Dr has no record of the serial #. And the manufacturer has no record of me. He, the Surgeon remembers doing the surgery but since he cant find any records, they are just leaving me hanging. Basically he told me I would have to pay for the surgery and once the implant is taken out the co would re-imburse me some money. Shouldn't the manufacturer be responsible or the surgeon? Who can help me? Why should I have to pay for all up front. Finacially I'm just scared I cant afford anything right now and dont know what to do. Lopsided

I would think that even with the warranty you are still responsible for the cost of surgery. Did you talk to your physician about a payment plan. There is also the option for a loan or credit
