I know that, according to your cost page, http://www.plasticsurgery.com/plastic-surgery/plastic-surgery-costs-a1534.aspx, the eyebrow/forehead lift, typically costs about $3,148. What is the variation in cost for having this procedure done on the east coast vs. west. I'm in New York and a family friend is a plastic surgeon, but another friend went to California and had the procedure done for cheaper. Is this difference in price somewhat standard, based on region or does it depend on the doctor or practice?

I don't think the difference is due to east coast vs west coast. You should try calling plastic surgeon offices just outside of New York and see if the pricing is less.
