Can anyone help me? I have a pair of 3year old saline 465cc filled implants which I am not at all happy about and have seen all these asian porn stars and models with the best natural looking implants in them.. I can attached a porno link that I found but I think everyone knows what I am talking about..
They can't be all real. anyways does anyone know how I can find a surgeon who does these natural implants!!??? I want my 2nd job and my 2nd pay out to be worth it this time : (

One point that I have read over and over again is to do research. Just because someone says they can do something does not mean they are the best. Talk to people who had the procedure done. ask for references. Check out the doctors work, look at his before and after photo. If you do not like what you see move on.
It's like anything else in life know what you are buying and who is doing the work.

If you do not want to ask the Dr for his befor and after photos use a site like this to find a dr that has results like you want. Then spend the money to get an office visit.

you may want to try getting the implants behind the muscle if you do a second procedure. Another thing that might help you get a natural appearance is trying the silicone implants over the saline. They also have a more natural feel to them. Before and after pics are an ESSENTIAL! breast augmentation is like art. Each physician has a technique. Their pictures look different. You need to do lots of research prior to signing up!

I agree with the rest. Do an extensive research. Be sure to check on the plastic surgeon's credentials and if he/she is Board-Certified. Also, broaden your search. Board Certified plastic surgeons are not only found in the US. There are excellent plastic surgeons abroad as well so you may consider having your plastic surgery done in other countries like Argentina, Costa Rica, or Brazil which are famous in medical tourism. These countries have modern clinics and hospitals with state-of-the-art facilities so you can expect a high quality medical procedure at a more affordable price.
