I've read a lot of liposuction reviews, and in most of them patients complained about pains after the procedure. Liposuction is made under anaesthesia, so you won't feel any pain during the operation.

Hey Psgirl

Just like everyone said, while its a surgery it involves pain, but the general or local anesthesia make it much easier while having the surgery.. receiving painkillers will also minimize the pain post op..

of course there are also some non surgical fat removal options (which differ from liposuction while the don't include incisions, anesthesia etc), that take advantage of the lymphatic system in order to remove fat from the body.. you should probably consider them, while they are much less painless tha liposuction
