shin implants

I have poorly shaped legs. I have developed calves and very skinny shins -very much like a sprinter - which I want to change. I was thinking, if they have calf implants, can I have implants put in that go just below the calf, and down to the ankle to make my legs more proportionate, or my ankles fuller, or maybe have fat injected in that area?
