How can I reduce columella and tip swelling post rhinoplasty? - Thursday, April 19, 2012 8:32 PM
I am 4 weeks post op and want to do anything I can to speed up the process!

just eat the right food, don't stay up late, don't drink.. and hey, do you do you smoke?

Your photo looks great!  How has your recovery been going?

Eating the right food, drinking lots of water, getting plenty of sleep, and not smoking will help in your recovery.
