Is there anyone that has on through revision by going back to a smaller size? If so were you pleased with results

You can search the web for pictures on breast augmentation revision, or implant revision. There was recently an episode of DR 90210 where a woman downsized her implants and was very happy with the results. She did have to have excess skin removed because her original implants were considerably larger than her replacements.
