I hate the way that my face feels - am I just experiencing the healing process or is this the way that it is going to feel from now on? It doesn't feel like "me".

Hi Mindy Sue. People who undergo fat transfer (also called "fat injections" or "fat grafting") may have bruising, swelling, and discomfort following the procedure. These symptoms usually resolve themselves within a few weeks. Could you please tell us how your face feels? Do you have a loss of sensation? Numbness? Pain? If you could give us a better understanding of exactly what you mean by "I hate the way that my face feels", that will assist us in helping to answer your question.
