First off does anyone know of a good surgeon near NYC? Does mostly everyone finance the surgery? Or those of you who saved any tips?

Yes, many surgeons do offer financing for plastic surgery procedures. With regard to finding a good plastic surgeon near NYC, are you interested in getting a procedure on the face or the body? While plastic surgeons may operate on any part of the body, I would suggest you find a plastic surgeon who specializes in the procedure you are wanting. For example, if you are wanting a rhinoplasty (nose job), I would suggest you choose a board certified plastic surgeon who performs a lot of rhinoplasties. I would be happy to help you find a plastic surgeon in NYC. Let me know what procedure you are interested in. Or, you may click here to search for a board certified plastic surgeon in the NYC area.
