I am new to this site, but I wanted to share my experience. I had my breast augmentation surgery in 2009 with Dr. Tom Pousti in San Diego. I was looking for a doctor that was caring and above all very experienced in this type of procedure, I have seen a lot of bad breast augmentation. So during my search I looked on many website, looking through before & after photos also the revision work.  Being that Dr. Pousti is a double board certified doctor in general surgery, plastic surgery & reconstructive surgery. I knew I needed to me him. My first consultation was nothing short of amazing. I was able to spend a lot of time with the doctor and I was given the opportunity to meet a few of his post op patients, no other doctor offered this to me. I knew right there this was the doctor for me. Fast forward to two years after surgery. I cant express enough what a great experience it was, pain free, problem free, with the results I dreamed of. Not only is the doctor awesome, but he has the most friendly staff ever. State of the art surgery center with the best OR nurses and a remarkable anesthesiologist (also board certified). 
If you are looking for an honest, caring doctor with the BEST staff all the way around, look no further!
