1. More than a day after the 8-12 cups of water, drink water, it means, and less hunger, less food, feel, and are therefore appropriate in terms of size, is always important.

7. Mix honey in water and drink daily in the morning. And keep your skin soft and Cheney.

8. Body massage with milk. Moisturizer and milk to soften your skin and maintain good health.

9. Keep room temperature moderate, breakfast use. Will keep you away from dry skin.

10. If you have a long bath or take a little longer to remove dead skin of the body itself. Do not rub your body with a towel. Gentle on the skin.

-Sleeping on your back on your face prevent many wrinkles and breakouts, and even wrinkles in your area will crack.

-Are tight clothes you wear heavy eye. Even on a very tight skinny girl - jeans bulge can.

-A colored polish to keep nails from discoloring before clear coat wear nail polish.

-Being really angry anymore to keep away from its beauty and resulting in more wrinkles will later.

-Less wear to make you look younger.

-Vitamins and minerals are essential for health and beauty, but more is better. Too. Selenium vitamin or hair loss can reason. Lost your hair is nothing beautiful about.

-If you are not happy with a hair conditioner, shower in her leg for a "shaving cream" will still.

-When shaving, and skin do not drawer or under your hair shaving off a little skin from ingrown hair can be.
