looking for the right doctor for a BA - Friday, July 09, 2010 1:49 PM

I'm looking for a surgeon the NYC area to perform a breast augmentation or possibly get implants. There are a ton of doctors to choose from so I was wondering if anyone ont he forum had a good experience with a particular one so I can narrow down my search. I would also like to know if there are any doctors out there that I should definitely avoid.

I'm sorry but I don't know any surgeons in NY. You could search for surgeon on the ASAPS and ASPS websites.

Are you willing to travel? I had my breast aug done at Criswell and Criswell Plastic Surgery and it was amazing. One of the big factors that made me choose Criswell was their female surgeon. Dr. Kara Criswell is skilled, caring, board certified and made me feel super comfortable. Female plastic surgeons are pretty rare so that's why I like to recommend her!
