tummy tuck after lap band surgery- more complicated?

I've had a lap band surgery in '08. I lost a very disappointing 40lbs so far. Due to birth 5 children, I have some excess skin around my abdomin, even when I had reached my weight lost goal with other methods, there was never any thing I could do with the extra skin other than wearing girdles and slimmers. I am not, (my opinion morbidly obese) I am very tall which helps me camoflage my weight to some degree. But the clothes must come off and reveal the embarrassing truth every night at bath time and I hate it! My question is, because the port in located just above my navel, will this effect the tummy tuck, causing it to be more expensive?
