How to perform the breast massage. - Thursday, April 08, 2010 7:24 PM
Imagine that you divide your breast into four quadrants .

Remember to move your implant in all the four quadrants using a slow steady movement.
1) Position your palms on the outer quadrants of your breasts and press slowly inward. You can feel and see the implants bulge toward the inner quadrants of the breast. Press and hold for 20 to 30 seconds. Repeat four times.
2) Press the breasts slowly outward such that a bulge on the outward quadrants of the breast will be noted. Press and hold for 20 to 30 seconds, repeat four times.
3) Position your palms on the lower quadrants of the breast and push slowly upward. Bulging of the implant on the upper quadrants of the breast should be noted. Press and hold for 20 to 30 seconds. Repeat four times.
4) Do the same for the downward movement.

Hi ..
Really Good advice for Breast enhancement.

The four-step procedure will give you a simple massage technique that can be done, by yourself, in the privacy of your own home.

Step One:  Use your fingers to gently smooth away from the nipple. These movements travel from the nipple and directly away using no more pressure than what you would apply to your eyelid. Any more pressure would flatten the lymphatic vessel and stop the flow of toxins and fluids. Also, make this stroke slow, not fast, for it to be effective.

Step Two: Gently massage the breast with a kneading-like motion, using lifting and pressing movements.

Step Three: Slowly and carefully use your hands to twist the breast in a clock-wise and anticlockwise direction, being careful not to put too much tension on the breast.

Step Four: Use both hands as shown to apply several, moderate pressure, compressions to move out more pressure fluids.

I'm just wondering if these exercises will not adversely affect the breasts? I know that such massage can give benefits, but what if any wrong execution of the massage can cause harm. Thanks
