Hi, Better Skin - Thursday, April 08, 2010 1:16 PM
Hi, my name is Nick.  In today's society, stress, diet, and environment can effect your system from the inside out, resulting in your largest organ; skin, to become damaged and toxic.  Many these days think that expensive treatments and harmful chemicals will fix the problem.  Yet what it all comes down to is an overall health regimen, and proper information.  I hope to help in assisting others to gain a better understanding of skin care.
Thanks for having me here,
Nick B.

Plastic surgery doesn’t just assist you enhance your beauty but it also helps in correcting scars that took place during an accident. Most often we think that women take advantage of plastic surgery, but more men are adopting it.

In order to have a better skin, one has to have good rest and enough sleep as well as less exposure to sun. Also, with the advancement in technology, one can undergo some medical treatments in order to enhance the skin.

Steaming our face will deep clean your pores. You can steam your face by holding your head over a container of hot water, with your head covered by a thick towel. A few minutes of this treatment will bring out all the impurities clogged in your skin. It is recommended never to steam your face more than once a week. Cold water or a mild stringent can be used to close the pores once again.

Your skin is at it's most responsive to a massage at this time. Use a cream or a massage oil and massage your face with gentle upward outward strokes.

End the facial with a face pack. Teenagers can use home made packs that are safer for their tender skin.

Scrubs are meant to be used only once or twice a week. Always wet your face with warm water first. Apply a small amount of scrub with fingertips and gently massage into skin, keeping clear off the eye area. It removes the dead dry cells from the surface of your skin. Follow up with a moisturizer. Your face will look soft and fresh.

Diet and your skin are partners in the game of beauty. Whatever you eat will show on your face. Eat right and look right. Plenty of fresh fruits, vegetables, milk and loads of water will reward your skin and keep you healthy and glowing.

The beautiful skin, nutrition and lifestyle depends. There is no other alternative.
Healthy food, lots of vitamins and rest. If you're not nice, it is a plastic surgeon to deal with.
That's all.

I agree today everyone either a man or a women prefer surgery just for a change, but it should be avoided till we really need it. As surgery has both positive and negative results.

Certainly plastic surgery is not for teens but along with adults it is gaining rapid popularity among teens as well. There have been positive and negative reviews about plastic surgery but positive results have come from professional and experienced plastic surgeons only because only they lay emphasis on built of person for procedures like breast augmentation or gynecomastia.

We may have committed to use a bit too much make-up, especially when we see the first sign of rosacea. However, in order to prevent explosive conditions, we want to reduce our consumption of cosmetics right back.

Save some beauty products in the refrigerator. You must do this in the summer! If you have beauty products, such as oil, toner and lotion on the ice, they are easy to apply, even in the scorching weather. acne treatment cream & Acne Treatment
