I would strongly adtvise seeing your family doc or plastic surgeon to get an ultrasound or MRI of the breast to see whats going on. The other thing you might want to rule out is pregnancy which can make the breasts tender and painful. Good luck to you, let us know how things turn out. I had my augmentation from a AA to B in March. I tried to take a run and it was torture. They feel a little tight. I had a slight fever for 2 days. Could it be CC?
