Actually, a tummy tuck can be used to eliminate stretch mark scars.

After having children, I have terrible stretch marks and the ever so dreaded sagging skin on my tummy. I want to get a tummy tuck but I want to know if my stretch marks will go away or will they still be visible? I've heard that stretch marks can never "heal" because they are basically torn skin.
