The breast implants themselves also have a cost, which is typically part of the surgery fee.

Normally an average cost for breast augmentation is around 3500$ but it also vary according to the clinical charges and other cost which depend on the doctor and place you are getting treatment.

My Girl friend has the same problem pretty much..My Girl friend's right breast was always a little bigger than the left but over the past week it's become wayy more noticeable, like a B compared to an A...and she has pains in her right breast, too. she is 23 so she is hoping they might still even out but she has no idea so we are scheduling an appointment with an ob/gyn so we will let you know if we find anything out! Kindly suggest us please. plese suggest me the prpoper cast of surgery.......................

I agree with the other member, I know it has a few different factors. Type of implant, saline seems to be cheaper than silicone gel. Also if the doctor has a surgery suite in their office, it could cut the cost down, rather them needing a OR room from a hospital or surgery center. Hope this helps :)

Hi all,

It is already an all-inclusive package. Quality of medical procedures abroad are the same or even higher than that in the US but they are more affordable.

i got my breast implants for about $3k...saline. i think silicone is a little more expensive tho...i get a lot of compliments and no one can tell they are fake, its pretty cool. send me a private message if you wanna try my doc, i highly reccomend him.

I paid $4,850 for a transaxillary breast augmentation in South Florida.
It was performed in an accredited facility with emergency staff and a board certified anesthesiologist.

The cost is different for different doctors so it's not fixed, but you can determine the cost so that you can make sure that the surgery worths it. I found thsi great article where you can get some info.

Well it depends with the Doctor of course theres no cheap breast augmentation. You really have to spend $$ but make with your surgeon, you must have good and satisfying result so your $$ is worth it.

I have a gay friend who decided to put breasts as large as those with natural women. I saw it and it do look real. He (she) had it done in Thailand. According to him, there are many affordable breast augmentation procedures thereat with highly skilled and well-learned surgeons.

Anyway here is my response to Sandra. In Miami runs from $2800 to $3800 for Saline implants and from $4000 to $7000 for Silicone Implants. You are going to find lower pricing in cosmetic centers and higher prices in private doctor's office.

My breast augmentation is scheduled for May 24th & I am SO excited! I did my research, found a fabulous doctor, and as it turns out, she has some awesome spring specials! $3599 TOTAL! Saline implants, which is fine because I need a lil size "adjustment" between the two.
She's board certified, her specialty is plastics & always has been, she's a member of ASPS and ASAPS (very good things..). I paid everything to her that I owed, and sent the cashiers check for anesthesia and the hospital as well. So now the only thing I have to worry about is my nerves the day of!
And that price includes her post-op care as well. =)
Whatever you do, make sure your doctor is properly trained/certified to do your surgery. The best surgeons have so many hoops to jump through to get to where they are - they're worth it!

Oh Princess! Surgery is not something you want to do based on a discount! This is a person cutting into your body. You want to make sure they are board certified and accredited, not cheap! Research the doctors in your area then go on consultations. They all quote prices. Here in Vegas I received 3 quotes ranging from $4500-6500. I went with the dr who I felt most comfortable with and who I felt gave me the best results. The women you see with BAD boob jobs did so on a whim, with no research, and just picked the cheapest doc they could find.

Wow, Princess; that's a scary post. I got a shiver when you asked, "what is the cheapest that i could find?" I can understand not wanting to overpay for just about anything, but does your wallet really come before your health? As much as breast surgery has been mainstreamed, there are still plenty of things that can go wrong, plenty of which affect you personally. It's bad enough if you choose an auto mechanic on a low-ball price and have to get your car fixed twice (imagine what that does to the cost), but imagine if you were the car. Better to look for several surgeons who are skilled and credentialed, with whom you feel comfortable, and then worry about which of them will give you the best deal if you must.

I'm guessing, based on your question about age limits, that you aren't worried about being over any maximum age limit. I believe saline implants are FDA approved for patients of at least 18 years, silicone for 22-and-up. Reconstructive surgery would present an exception. You don't want to be getting breast surgery before they've finished developing, and I understand that the changes that take place during pregnancy can wreak havoc on augmentation results as well.

A friend of mine likes to say, "If you have to ask, you can't afford it." Of course, he's a mechanic and he's talking about auto repair, but the principle applies. The money you initially plunk down for a surgical procedure is only one aspect of the overall cost, and if you treat it as the most important aspect, you may regret it. Start with making sure your doctor is qualified -- not only in terms of certificates on the wall, but look at his previous work. Better yet, talk to his previous patients if possible. If you find more than one doctor with whom you feel truly comfortable, who is technically and aesthetically qualified, and who will ensure that you are fully and properly educated about the pros and cons of what you're considering (all the while listening carefully to what YOU want and looking for the best ways to get you there), then you might start comparing prices. But your health is too important to gamble on bargain basement elective surgery.
