If you have enough there to work with, they can work miracles. Also, if you can avoid the implant your surgery will be a one time deal. The pictures of the lifts &/or reductions I have seen are not asthetically pleasing to me. I want my end result to look more like a breast augmentation then anything else. I have never liked my natural breasts and would like to get rid of as much of them as possible then have nicely shaped large C or small D implants. Has anyone heard of this or had it done??
