facial remodeling (wippzz)

I want my chin pumped forward, my jaw widened, my facial appearance lengthened (so as to appear rectangular rather than circular), my hairline moved down and my ears pinned back. Are these even all possible procedures? also, if you have already had a chin implant, does this complicate things?
