Laser procedures are available to reduce the appearence of spider veins on the nose. You can speak to a Dermatologist or a Plastic Surgeon regarding this type of treatment. I would be cautious of creams and ointments that promise to reduce the appearence of these vessels. Laser is you best option. Good luck.

Red veins on the nose (newbody)

I know this is not a question about rhinoplasty, But i hope someone can point me in the right direction. What is someone to do about unsightly red veins that form on the nose as we age? I would suspect that there is some kind of treatment, maybe a laser or something to help remove or diminish the appearance of these veins?
