It is also a better option because it gives a better appearance. The saline is a good option if you are just looking to increase size. If you decide to go with saline, be cautious as you can sometimes notice rippling of the implant under the skin. Silicone is a better option if you are looking to correct shape, symmetry, or other deformities. The silicone also has a more natural feel. &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  One more thing!
