Nipple surgery (zetann)

first of all thanks fro providing this site 2 help us ! im hani and im 20 years old im a bodybuilder i really like to work out ! but the problem is that i have puffy nipples and an amazing shaped chest but the big nipple is only the problem so i dont feel comfortable goin 2 the beach or taking off my shirt ! i went 2 a surgeron and he told me that i dont have gynecomastia but it s just a puffy nipple ! my question is if there s an opeartion 2 make the nipple smaller and if yes i can continue bodybuilding after it i mean it wont affect on anything !
