Although I have not experienced this for myself, I have spoken to a few different people who have and they all agreed that they were quite pleased with the results.  &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  Please stop back by after your procedure and let us know about your experience and any recommendations you may have for future visitors to our forums who may be going through the same situation. :) &lt;br&gt;  </description><link>http://forum.plasticsurgery.com/fb.ashx?m=1161</link><pubDate>Wed, 10 Jun 2009 12:54:36 GMT</pubDate></item><item><title>Breast reconstruction (PBMFL)</title><description>  I had a left mastectomy with&amp;nbsp;tissue expander then&amp;nbsp;silicone implant five years ago.&amp;nbsp; I am now planning for same procedure on the right side.&amp;nbsp; My plastic surgeon is recommending using round implants with autologous fat grafting&amp;nbsp;to fill in chest (pectoral) area, and will have to also replace the left anatomical implant to make both breasts symmetrical.&amp;nbsp; Am trying to find others who have done this method of reconstruction for comments or info, good/bad.&amp;nbsp; Thanks ... </description><link>http://forum.plasticsurgery.com/fb.ashx?m=1101</link><pubDate>Tue, 19 May 2009 13:20:33 GMT</pubDate></item></channel></rss>
