Actually, if you are looking for enlargement, look into "natural" remedies like the products you see on TV. If you are looking for an extension, I would suggest against it due to the fact that there will be significant nerve loss during the procedure and just isn't worth the trouble. Natural solutions will be cheaper and safer.
