A sucessful removal of a basal cell on tip of my nose has left a noticeable indent on tip of nose -1 yr. after procedure-how sucessful might p/surgery be...??

I would go for a consultation and see if you might be a candidate for injctable filler. Another thing to keep in mind is that plastic surgeons often offer removal of basal or squamous cell carcinomas of the face and ears since these are delicate areas.
