I am a 30 year old male with a mole problem. I have literally dozens of them all over my body, and what is worse I have very pale skin. I have gotten some removed in case of skin cancer.

I am sure I have more than one hundred. Is there any possible way to remove all of them? One of my dreams is to walk around shirtless on the beach like other men and not feel self-conscious or embarassed.

Is there any help for me?

You can have multiple moles removed, however, if they do not pose a medical risk such as cancer, the procedure is considered cosmetic. I would consult with a dermatologists who also performes cosmetic procedures. You should be aware that if your skin is prone to freckles or moles, even if you have all of them removed, you may still get more.
