So, i'm 19 &; have a 10 month old daughter.
I already know that I don't want any more children &; am so ready to have surgery.
But how do I go about it?Are surgens even going to look at me becasue of my age?I don't want to go for years with the way my stomach &; hips look now.It's embarassing &; I'm only 19!
I am 100% sure on no more children that's for sure though.

Most doctors choose not to do permanent surgeries like this on patients under a certain age, but they will certainly get you set up with an IUD which can last for up to 5 years and then rediscuss the options with you when you're a little older. In regards to your stomach/hips, having corrective surgeries on those to change their appearance is completely elective and is therefore not covered by insurance. There is financing available for this kind of thing and it can be very reasonable to do in terms of price. I would suggest talking to your doctor about your options in regards to long term birth control (as those are covered by insurance 99% of the time.)

Elective means that it is not medically necessary and is something a patient is choosing to do as opposed to "needing" to do for health reasons. Most insurance companies do not cover elective procedures.
