Tightening of muscles around the mouth.

Hi there. I underwent orthognathic surgery in my late teens, and due to the resizing and realignment of my jaws, the muscles around the mouth feel as if they have been loosened considerably, and the lips have become permanently pursed. I'm only in my twenties so I'm not looking for your standard face-lift, I just wonder if anything can be done to surgically tighten the muscles in the affected area. I would really appreciate any advice. Thanks!

It would be most helpful if you sent a close up photo of the area in question and Jennifer, the head patient consultant, will contact you after observing the photos and discussing with Dr.Thomas.
