tummy tuck and stretch marks - Wednesday, September 10, 2008 9:50 AM
After having children, I have terrible stretch marks and the ever so dreaded sagging skin on my tummy. I want to get a tummy tuck but I want to know if my stretch marks will go away or will they still be visible? I've heard that stretch marks can never "heal" because they are basically torn skin.

Actually, a tummy tuck can be used to eliminate stretch mark scars.

results are immediate following a tummy tuck, but they get better as time goes on and the swelling and bruising resolve.
