Tummy Tuck vs. Stapling

My sister recently had gastric bypass surgery and has a lot of loose, hanging skin. She's considering having a tummy tuck or stomach stapling and has done a little bit of research already. Which is a safer or more preferred procedure for eliminating the extra skin?
