BREAST REDUCTION, LIFT & IMPLANTS???

Is it possible to combine a breat reduction (i'm a saggy DD) a lift and then add small implants for shape? The pictures of the lifts &/or reductions I have seen are not asthetically pleasing to me. I want my end result to look more like a breast augmentation then anything else. I have never liked my natural breasts and would like to get rid of as much of them as possible then have nicely shaped large C or small D implants. Has anyone heard of this or had it done?? Is it even possible???

I think if you do your research you will find a surgeon who can offer you pleasing results with a breast reduction/ lift. If you have enough there to work with, they can work miracles. Also, if you can avoid the implant your surgery will be a one time deal. You need to remember that breast augmentation does not come with a life warranty. You need to have them replaced in 10-15 yrs!!
