tummy tuck

I am 59 years old and have been pregnant one time. My tummy has no stretch marks or sagging skin. I do have a pooch. I am having my jowls (facelift) done and decided to do another procedure at the same time. I am scheduled for a lower facelift, tummy tuck ,and liposuction on "hips, inner thigh, and knees" NEXT WEEK. I am petrified of the tummy tuck. I hate that HUGE scar that comes with the tummy tuck, because my tummy has no scars and the extensive recovery, etc. involved with a tummy tuck. Will just liposuction take care of a thickening waist (middle aged spread) and back fat below the bra line? I exercise consistently, but fat won't budge. I really need a response ASAP. Can't decide if I should cancel the tummy tuck. Will I get the best look without it or will it only be a mediocre improvement? I've seen my dr. twice now prior to deciding what procedures to do. ( I decided against the breast augmentation and lift. Don't want to risk losing feeling and/or sensation.) I really will not be able to get in to see him again to discuss this at this late stage. HELP PLEASE!!
