Top 5 questions to ask

If you had to make a list of the most important 5 questions to ask a plastic surgeon before having any elective surgery, what would "your" top 5 be?

1. How many ____________ have you performed
2. What are the risks/ complications
3. What facility is the procedure performed at (hospital/ outpatient surgery center/ in office)
4. What type of follow up do you offer, and what do I do if I experience some of the complications
5. Do you have referances that I would be able to contact, and before and after pictures that I can review

This would be my top five! I am sure other people probably have a differant opinion
