After Gynecomastia Surgery

Have there been extensive, documented cases of breast tissue growing back after gynecomastia surgery? My brother is considering having this done but doesn't want to go through the hassle of multiple surgeries.

From what I understand, liposuction is often performed during male breast reduction. Usually the area that is liposuctioned remains fat deposit free, however; the fat can return in another location. Since there is no clear explaination of what causes gynecomastia, as opposed to maybe poor eating habits and lack of exercise that can lead to excess belly fat that is corrected with liposuction, I don't know whether the fat would return to the breat area.

A plastic surgeon who performs gynecomastia surgery should know the anser to that question. Good luck!
