I have recently had Lipo, Breast Aug and a Breast Lift. As with any surgery, yes it hurts though it is not unbarable. I am so pleased with the results, I have lost a total of 10 inches. The areas I had lipo done on are inner thighs, chin, stomach, and sides. I would do it again.

Hello Sares! Welcome to the forums! Liposculpture can provide great results depending on the shape of your thighs prior to the procedure, but has been known to make a BIG difference in many peoples shape and overall confidence! You can check out some before and after pictures here to see some of the results other people have gotten from liposculpture!

Liposuction is still surgery so of course there will be discomfort after the procedure.Liposuction is really not as simple a procedure as you imagine. It's considered a major surgery. It's a "blind " procedure. The doctor has no real way to gauge where the tube goes once inside and punctures are a real risk factor along with many other risks. A person must have tried to very seriously lose weight under medical supervision, through diet and exercise. Post surgery requires constrictive garments to help with swelling and excess skin and so on...Any good doctor will tell you it's not a cure for any type of weight problem...You still have to eat right and exercise after surgery or you'll look like you're still wearing your seat belt even when your in the house.

I agree. Liposuction is not a cure. It will give immediate results but you will end up back where you started if you do not change your lifestyle. And yes liposuction comes with its discomfort!

psgirl, After my Vaser lipo procedure there was no bruising at all. I was thrilled with how good the area looked. I felt tired but good enough to do a little gardening.

HI, I had lipo just 2 weeks back at my breast area and yes it hurts a bit. I think you should not be afraid of it as the pain last for a very less period leaving some excellent results behind. Plastic Surgery
