Profile reshapening (profiloplasty)

Hey, I just wondered if it's possible to do something to actually flatten one's profile (to westernalize in a way). For example for a black person whose mouth is particularly forward of the vertical line of their profile, would it be possible to surgically do something? Also is it possible to lower the eyebrows : I mean mine are rather V-shaped. Do you know any procedure that could bring them slightly lower than they are? Thanks
