Breast reduction and Medical Insurance

My wife is 24 years old, 5'4 tall with a D cup breast. She is complaining about back pain, she slouches and walks hunched back. Besides that, she doesn't even want me to see her naked because she is uncomfortable with her breasts and nipples. We want to consult a doctor on the back pain and headaches that she gets, but want to know if there is a way to get the doctor to refer us to a plastic surgoen and have our medical insurance pay for a breast reduction, or at least, partially pay for it.

From your description, she sounds like she has a very small frame which would make it hard for her body type to support a D size cup.
