Chest tube scar removal

I was born with pneumothorax and was left with bilateral indents around 5th intercostal. The indents i believe come from the fact that they cut through my latissimus dorsi. i have no pain or any problem this is purely cosmetic reason. I was wondering what could be done so that I no longer have these indents on each side.
