breast cancer surgery

I've just been diagnosed with breast cancer in my right breast. I have chosen to have a mastectomy but the plastic surgeon has recommended a lift to my left breast. Will I still have erotic sensitivity in my left breast and nipple during sex after the lift surgery? I assume the right will have none. I am considering removing both if the lift surgery changes or dulls sexual pleasure.

The lift will not necessarily change the sensitivity of the breast. It all depends on the type of incision that the surgeon is making. Has he given you any more details regarding the procedure?
