prominent forehead - Tuesday, September 01, 2009 4:17 PM
I  have a prominent forehead and this leads me to believe i have Frontal Bossing, but others have told me there may be other reasons which may lead to have a large forehead like genic disorders. My question is there a way to straighten the foreheads appearance though anything like surgery? If so what is it called.               (PS I am a male and when i took  biology back in high school i was told males normally have a flat foreheads when  females normally have high foreheads so i makes me look bizarre because i am a male)    Thank You

I do not feel that there is any way to restructure the forehead. The frontal sinuses are in the front of the skull and the prominent forehead may mean that you have a large frontal lobe of the brain. You may want to consult with a facial plastic surgeon but this is one area that I do not think you want to manipulate.

Hey there, my name is  Jason , This might not be the right place to ask however I've been thinking about getting a hair transplant, I'm losing a fair bit of hair but not bald yet however I'm just wondering what you guys think about laser for hair loss or if you have ever used it? I've been losing my hair for about a year now and been searching on youtube lately and watched a few videos. This video for e.g. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sWuqsWfuzUI explains it however they are clearly advertising their product which would make it bias but does laser actually work? Can someone let me know of their experience? I've very doubtful.

Have you tried products such as rogaine? They have been clinically proven to stimulate hair growth. I would try this prior to having transplant
