Drooping breasts - Monday, June 15, 2009 1:42 AM
Is it normal for an overweight 20-year-old girl that hasn't had any kids yet to have very ptotic, tennis-balls-in-a-sock, nipples-pointing-down breasts?

Hello Wondering Dragon!

Welcome to the forums. Breasts come in all shapes and sizes, including some that do not have much natural elasticity. If you feel uncomfortable with the way that your breasts appear and would like a second opinion, you may want to make an appointment with your doctor and have them checked out, however what you're describing sounds pretty normal.

All The Best,
Audrey

i also have a problem with my breasts. i'm only 18 and they look like they've been around a hundred years! i was overweight up until i was 14, when i finally started working out to lose weight. i finally reached the appropriate weight for my height and body structure, but instead of feeling good about myself, i still feel insecure. thanks to my drooping breasts!!!! i know i'm of legal age and i can actually go for a breast lift procedure, but i want to know what i'm getting myself into first. i live in manhattan and i've heard a lot of positive feedback from patients who have had a breast lift in New York.

anyone here had their procedures in nyc? pls pls pls share your insights with me!

Breast lifts are recommended for those who worry so much about their drooping breasts. With the right kind of doctor (an expert in this field), a budget to support the entire procedure, and lots of guts to do it - for me, there is nothing wrong if one will choose to have this kind of surgery.
