Breast lift/reduction

I currently live in Okinawa, Japan and I am considering a breast lift/reduction. I just found out from this forum that there is a plastic surgeon here and his name is Dr. Ken Arashiro. I am wondering if anyone has everyone gone to him for service, and how was the experience?
