Dear Chloe,
If your problem of body overweight is related to your medical condition I would advice you to discuss it with your doctor instead of speaking your problem out in a forum where everybody tries to make a proffit out of it. Beside you are only 16 yo and none should know bout your case unless your parents allow them to.
You can emali me to soledadarenales@yahoo.com and I will send you information on diets and fisical exercise.

Chloe
Weight loss comes down to a simple equation: The amount of calories you burn in a day must exceed the amount you consume. At sixteen you have a good metabolism. If your knee hurts you should try things like row machines, push ups, and weights. The bike and eliptical machine are good for people with knee problems. You should also let your family practice doctor know about your concerns. He or She can set you up with a nutritionist. He can also test for things like low thyroid function. This is a medical condition that can make it difficult to lose weight. I would put tummy tuck at the end of your list! You are young and have many options! Not to mention your skin at 16 has great elasticity. Let me know if you have any more questions

chloe dear, you are still young for a surgery, can you at least wait for the right age to come up with these things, you may ask your parent regarding this matter.
