breast aug - Thursday, April 15, 2004 5:35 PM
I had aug + lift on one side (my righty was a bit bigger, therefore, saggier), the end of October. My implants are under the muscle. Now, the right one is still slightly larger, my nipples are a little ****-eyed, and I have a ripple on each breast, right in the middle of my cleaveage, beginning @ my sternum, going almost to the nipple. It is made worse if I flex my pec muscles. Normal? Also, my Dr. left the interior stitches holding my right nipple on, in, until October 2005, when he says he will go in and remove them. Won't scar-tissue form over the sutures?

Just my two cents, but you might want to think about getting a second opinion. Some of what you are being told does not sound correct and October 2005 is a long time before removing stitches

There are known complications with breast implants. You can review them at the FDA's website.

I agree with newbody, I think you may want to get a second opinion. Let us know how it goes.

yeah keeping stiches in that long dont sound right, sounds to me that the dr messed up in the middle of sugery and trying to cover it up, as you may see the results yourself with the ripples and size differents.i think you need to get a second opinon.

It's probably best to make an appointment with a plastic surgeon who is experienced in breast augmentation. During that time, he or she can discuss your options on implant type and sizing... good luck!
