For some women with overly large breast they undergo in brest reduction to lessen discomfort. This surgery is done by removing excess fats and glandular tissue. For some me its the same thing but as a man will you undergo in a surgery or just used natural way of decreasing fats by means of excercise?

I too believe exercises are the best way to keep you in shape and healthy...especially for men, I don't think there is any need to go for a surgery for breast reduction.

Breasts in men are called gynecomastia and for many, this is a source of insecurity and can be bothersome too. Men wants to have it removed because they want to be comfortable in their own skin and maybe because they want to wear clothes that will accentuate their body. More so, it is kinda distracting too if a man have big breasts, don't you think? And it can really be a source of insecurity for them.
