What treatment is available for deep wrinkles under eyes when smiling? HELP - Sunday, November 30, 2008 5:58 PM
Hi,

I just realized that there are different types of under eye wrinkles. I don't have "crows feet" but when I smile, there are some deep lines under my eyes that look awful. I don't want to stop smiling, but at the same time, hate the way I look when I do. What are my options for treating this type of under eye wrinkle (i.e. surgery, derma filler)? Thank you for your time and help.

Hi again BEAddict!

There are lots of different options available for that type of under eye skin correction, I would suggest visiting the Plastic Surgery Procedure page to get a look at some of your options and read up on healing time, possible risks, etc. :)

I'd love to see before and after pics if you decide to get something done!

Thank you for your reply. I've looked at the different procedures; however, I'm not quite sure which procedures will correct the type of under eye wrinkle I have. Can you may any suggestions as far as procedures to narrow my search down?

Hi,

Thank you for your recommendations. Today I had a TSA peel on my eye area and TCA on the rest of my face. My eyes are especially painful now and I'm going to take some before and after photos if you are interested. I'm looking pretty AWFUL now, and was told to expect it to get worse before it gets better. We will see???

BEAddict,

We'd LOVE to see your before and after photos, as well as hear any additional information from you about the processes you went through, what the procedures were like, how you feel about your results, etc.

Thanks!
