Even after following a balanced diet sometimes It gets difficult to loose weight, what could be the actual reason behind this. Despite of doing regular exercise weight loss becomes a tedious task or may relatively long time to acquire a slim body.

Balance diet and regular exercise is the key to lose weight. Any activity which is vigorous either its dancing or running but it should be regular.

Yes you are right, we have to do some daily exercise cause it maintains our body weight and keep ourselves fit. there are so many people today that are facing the problem of overweight. by the way there are also many medicines available in the market that help in weight loss.

Eat food that gives you low calorie but high protine and dont sleep just after dinner and take walk .

Weight loss is very easy if it taken with proper care. Drink plenty of water and reduce fast foods and junkfoods which make attractive to health. Reduce all oily foods which injuries to good health. Walking and running one of the best exercise for it.

Do exercise daily but do not tired yourself,start it slowly and then do increment slowly-slowly so that your body can bother it,go for a walk regularly in the early morning,Take light food,avoid junk food.For other info u can visit here....:)

exercise with healthy food is very important to lose weight. i usually prefer to walk many miles daily and it makes me physically fit . one should be regular in her routine . junk food adds to your weight. avoid it.
