TransUmbilical Breast Augmentation - Why? - Monday, September 15, 2008 11:44 AM
http://www.plasticsurgery.com/breast-augmentation/tuba-(transumbilical-breast-augmentation)-not-my-favorite-a1525.aspx

Reading this article as to why Dr Linder does not like the TUBA procedure, I had to ask, why would anyone want this vs going through the arm pit? I could see if you were a super model and needed to have your arms up with no scars, but I cant see why you would want TUBA vs arm pit. I can understand TUBA vs the peri-areolar incision since you would see a scar around the nipple.

I would also like to know how a doctor could puncture a vital organ if the TUBA procedure goes between the skin and the muscle.
