THE diet free approach
-
Wednesday, December 14, 2011 7:45 AM
Diets don’t work. Actually, most dieters end up gaining back all the weight they’ve lost and then some more. When you diet, you put yourself in “starvation mode” so your body responds by gaining fat the first chance it gets. This is how your FAT (Famine & Temperature) Programs become activated, and this is where term “yo-yo” dieter comes from. First you lose weight, then your body panics because of famine, then the moment you eat freely again, your body does everything it can to store what you eat as fat. Have you ever experienced this? Now you know why? It’s something my friend has never released before to anyone but his exclusive Infusionsoft mastermind group.

i agreed with you,but u can do one thing take diet properly, but avoid junk and oily food, but do exercise regularly,go for morning walk so that the food you have eaten consumed properly, dnt push ur body so much towards starvation, eat healthy food and also make a habit of doing exercise daily.hope it will be helpful for u...:)
